When you fill out a form, claim an advertising category, purchase an advertising spot, send us materials for your ad, review an ad proof, join our advertiser email list, or otherwise contact us, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as:

• The campaign you are interested in and the advertising space you purchase, such as a single or double advertising spot
• Your brand colors, offer or special, call to action and the destination it should point to
• Logos, photographs, existing artwork and any other files you upload for your advertisement
• Your ad proof activity — the changes you request, whether you would like a phone call, and the name, date and version recorded when you approve a proof
• How you heard about us
• Any messages, notes, images, or other information you choose to send

Some information is also collected automatically when you visit this website, such as the pages you view, general interaction and session information, browser and device information, the website or link that referred you, approximate general location based on internet address, and an analytics identifier stored in your browser.

We use your information to operate Home & Main Marketing Co. and provide the services you request. This may include:

• Responding to inquiries
• Confirming advertising and category availability
• Processing advertising reservations and payments
• Collecting the materials needed to create your advertisement
• Sending proofs and coordinating your mailer

When you advertise with us, the details and files you send — your logo, photographs, artwork, offer, call to action and other ad information — are used to design, proof, print and mail your advertisement.

These materials are stored privately and are only accessible to Home & Main and the printing or mailing partners who need them to produce your mailer. They are not published on this website.

Ad proofs are shared with you through a private link. We keep a record of the proof versions you were sent, any changes you requested, and the name, date and version recorded when you approve a proof, so that both of us know exactly what was approved for print.

We send service-related, transactional emails so we can do business together — replies to your inquiry, payment and status confirmations, requests for the materials needed to build your ad, proof-ready emails, and gentle proof reminders. These are not newsletters or promotional mailings, and they are sent because you contacted us or have an active campaign with us.

Separately, advertisers may be added to our Home & Main advertiser email list, where we share campaign updates and future advertising opportunities. Every one of those messages includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from that list does not stop the service emails needed to complete an active campaign or transaction.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers — Stripe and/or PayPal. Your card details are entered on their secure checkout pages, not on ours. Home & Main Marketing Co. does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card information through this website.

We do receive confirmation of what was purchased so we can reserve your spot. Payment providers handle your payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.

We will never sell your personal information.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, and we will not add you to unrelated mailing lists or sign you up for services you did not request.

We also do not share your information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for profiling.

We use a small set of trusted service providers to help operate our website and business:

• Website hosting and infrastructure
• Secure database and private file storage for advertiser records and materials
• Google Analytics, for understanding website usage
• Stripe and PayPal, for payment processing
• Email delivery for the service emails described above
• Our advertiser email list service
• Printing and mailing partners

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this website is used and to make it better — which pages people visit, how they move through the site, and where visitors come from.

Analytics may involve information such as the pages you view, general interaction and session information, your browser and device type, the referring source that brought you here, approximate geographic information, and analytics cookies or similar identifiers stored in your browser (for example _ga).

We do not use analytics for advertising. Home & Main does not currently use Google Ads tracking, the Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, remarketing or retargeting, behavioral advertising, ad personalization, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

We also do not intentionally send personal information to Google Analytics. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, advertiser-submitted content, uploaded artwork, proof comments and private access links are deliberately kept out of the information our analytics collects.

Cookies used purely to keep the site working — such as keeping an owner signed in and protecting our forms from abuse — are essential to the website.

You can limit or clear cookies through your browser settings, and where available you can use Google's own Analytics opt-out tools to opt out of Google Analytics measurement.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, and support ongoing customer relationships.

You may contact us if you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have submitted to us.

Some information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, accounting, tax, legal, or transaction-record purposes.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Home & Main Marketing Co. is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.
